Being a cloud based system, all documents and settings are stored online, meaning they are available from any ChromeOS machine and are safe incase of a hardware or software failure.

MCWare helped support the Daisy Chain charity by sponsoring Aidan Bruce, CEO of Genesis APS climb to the top of Kilimanjaro. Aidan successfully climbed to the summit and had the following to say about the trip:
"The climb took 7 days to complete, walking a total distance of 80 kilometres, rising from about 1,000 ft up to 19,000ft (5486 metres). There were 15 of us in the group, all raising funds for the charity Daisy Chain, a local charity set up to help autistic kids and their families from anywhere in the UK.
Of the 15, 13 made it to the top. To say the climb was tough would be an understatement. I'm glad I prepared with intensive fitness training and gave up alcohol entirely for 3 months. I'd describe the physical and mental demands of the climb as being on the edge of human tolerance, mainly due to the lack of oxygen which tends to do funny things to you - nausea, headaches, fatigue. Some were delirious and had memory lapses. One more seriously affected was coughing blood as well as being continuously sick. It seemed to affect the younger males in the group more. We were all ably assisted by a team of porters who carried most of the support stuff needed such as tents and food. The final push to the summit started at midnight so we reached the peak 7 hours later just as the sun rose over the crater wall at Stellar point ( I thought it was called this expecting there to be a barman handing you a pint of Stella but unfortunately this turned out not to be the case). The temperature at Uhuru Peak was minus 10 degrees Celsius.
Some of the pictures show the change in the surrounding fauna starting from rain forest, progressing through moor land and on eventually to lava rock that then became glacier covered. This perceptible change of environment was one of the many enjoyments of the climb along with the great camaraderie that developed in the group. We shall be having a reunion next month, but on the flat and at sea level.
I want to thank you for supporting me on the climb. It means a lot to me that you took the effort to make a financial contribution to Daisy Chain. It certainly kept me going when the climbing became tough. As a group, we raised nearly £50,000 for the charity which will go towards the completion of a new building where training and counselling is facilitated as well as a large soft play area."

To raise money for 'Daisy Chain', Genesis CEO Aidan Bruce is preparing to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa.

Daisy Chain is a unique charity established to address the needs of both children with autism and their families. They do this through providing a range of services and activities from their 5.5-acre farm in Stockton-on-Tees where they are based.
Aidan, along with other group members, leaves for Tanzania early next month.
At more than 19,000 feet Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and anyone who saw the celebrities Chris Moyles, Cheryl Cole, Ronan Keating and Alesha Dixon attempt the ascent during last years Red Nose Day will know how difficult the thin atmosphere makes the climb.
Aidan is determined to surmount the challenge: "I was a bit lucky to get on the trip and it means I haven't had as much time to prepare as I would have liked. I will soon find out if that will affect my attempt or not. One thing it won't affect is the commitment of Genesis to Daisy Chain and the great work it does with families across the Tees Valley. Starting with the Kilimanjaro Challenge we will do everything we can to support this wonderful charity."
